You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Contact us to initiate a return. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
To exchange an item, return the original item first, then make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.
Customers in the European Union have 14 days to cancel or return orders for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If you have waited more than 15 business days, please contact us.

SentinelThread is powered by Shopify, which enables provision of the Services. However, sales and purchases are made directly with SentinelThread. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SentinelThread.
