You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
To exchange an item, return the original item first, then make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.
Customers in the European Union have 14 days to cancel or return orders for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.

SentinelThread is powered by Shopify, which enables provision of the Services. However, sales and purchases are made directly with SentinelThread. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SentinelThread.

All orders are produced on-demand by our print partner and shipped directly to you.

Shipping time: Varies by location. US orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days after production. International orders may take longer.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
